Employee of the Month at our Buckshaw Village nursery

Rachael Hart and Vicky Sourbuts from the nursery are our Employees of the Month. Both have done extremely well in developing their rooms and doing extra time when the nursery needed it. Well done girls.

Celebrating our nursery team

Here at The Hub at Buckshaw we love to say thank you to the people who go the extra mile for our children and families. This month we are delighted to shine a light on Rachael and Vicky, two members of our nursery team in Buckshaw Village, Chorley, who have truly earned the recognition.

Why Rachael and Vicky were chosen

Both Rachael and Vicky have worked hard to develop their rooms, creating warm, engaging spaces where our little ones can learn and thrive. They also gave up extra time whenever the nursery needed a helping hand. It is this kind of dedication that keeps our setting running so smoothly and keeps the children so happy.

People make the difference

Days like this are a reminder that a great nursery is built on great people. Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and their commitment is a big part of why families across Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Leyland, Euxton, Preston and Whittle-le-Woods trust us with their children.

Our nursery is rated Ofsted Outstanding across every available area and holds the Millie's Mark accreditation, so parents can feel completely confident about the care and dedication behind every day.
