Visit The Hub this autumn

The Hub at Buckshaw is not just a nursery, it is your destination for childcare, swimming, health and fitness, beauty, events and coffee in the Chorley area. Why pay us a visit this autumn? In this article, we share a few good reasons.

The best nursery in town

Because nothing matters more than your child's future, you can enjoy so many advantages at our Buckshaw Village nursery, which is rated Outstanding by Ofsted. This is a state-of-the-art nursery and pre-school, where our highly qualified staff provide the highest standard of childcare to children from three months old up to five years old. Using the Early Years framework, your child will benefit from activities designed to aid their development, from outdoor play sessions to story time. Our setting is also proud to hold the Millie's Mark accreditation, so every member of the team is trained in paediatric first aid.

Get splashing

Splash at Buckshaw is the place to go for swimming lessons for your children, allowing them to work on their fitness and build confidence, all while having lots of fun. Whether it is aqua aerobics, pre-school swimming lessons, or sessions designed for toddlers from one to three years old, we have all the classes you need.

A quality cuppa

Our Cappuccino cafe offers speciality coffees, fine teas and smoothies in a relaxed setting, perfect for recharging the batteries that the little ones have a knack for wearing down. And then there is the food. We now offer a range of sandwiches, salads and paninis, with a choice of some delectable varieties. Do not forget about our assortment of pastries and cakes, too.

Passion for pampering

While the kids are in safe and experienced hands, you can take advantage of some free time by popping into The Salon, where our professional hair stylists and beauticians offer a range of treatments for men, women and children. The Salon is known for its warm welcome and relaxing environment, so go and check out the selection of hair and beauty options for yourself.

A packed events calendar

From interactive mother and baby classes to pilates sessions, we run a packed events calendar at The Hub, so there is always something to do. Rely on us to put on a variety of activities throughout the year, keeping you and your child engaged and happy.

You will find us at Unity Place, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, PR7 7HZ, just off the M6 with free parking on site, so it has never been easier to visit. Ready to see everything The Hub has to offer this autumn? Get in touch or call us on 01772 456108 to arrange your visit.
