Pilates and Modern Pilates classes

Our Pilates and Modern Pilates classes are suitable for all levels, whether you are just starting out or already keep active. They are a wonderful way to build core fitness and improve your posture, and they can also be beneficial during pregnancy. It is the perfect excuse to take some time for yourself while the little ones are with us.

Interactive classes for babies and little ones

We love welcoming our youngest visitors, so we run interactive classes designed with babies in mind. Our baby massage course runs over six weeks and is a lovely way to bond with your little one. We also offer sensory baby classes, another six week course, that gently support your baby's early development through play and discovery.

French and Spanish lessons for children

Thinking about a family holiday abroad? Give your children a head start with our French and Spanish tuition. Learning a new language is fun at any age, and it is a brilliant way to help little ones feel confident before your next trip away.
