We are pleased to let families know that places are available at our Out of School Club in Chorley. Based here at The Hub in Buckshaw Village, our Out of School Club and Holiday Club give children aged 5 to 11 a safe, secure and fun place to be before school, after school and throughout the school holidays.
A healthy balance of fun and downtime
We believe children thrive with a healthy balance of high energy fun and quieter time to relax and recharge. Active children can burn off energy with ten pin bowling, swimming, table football, game stations and a computer room, while those who would rather take things at a gentler pace can head to our Chill Out Den or settle into the arts and crafts area.
Facilities the children love
There is always plenty to keep every child happily occupied. Our facilities include:
- A computer suite with 3 computers
- Table football and a pool table
- An outdoor area with sports equipment
- Use of the swimming pool during Holiday Club
- An upstairs library zone and homework zone
- A TV area for designated movie times
- An arts and crafts area and an extensive choice of board games
The children also enjoy homemade food prepared on the premises, so they are well fed and full of energy for all the activities on offer.
Safe, secure and Ofsted registered
Above all, we want parents to feel completely reassured that their child is cared for in a nurturing and secure environment. The club is OFSTED registered with qualified staff, and the entrance is secure and closely monitored, with CCTV in place for added peace of mind.
